My Newest TV Addiction-Revenge

First time I saw Revenge was at the beginning of January and I was hooked from the first episode. Now I am at the point where I've watched all episodes out with just a couple of weeks and yearning for new ones. It is just so thrilling and awesome at the same time. Also the male actors are quite hot, especially the one who plays my favourite character Aiden - Barry Sloane. Joshua Bowman who plays Daniel Grayson isn't bad either. 



Show centers on a young woman who is welcomed into a community filled with people who don't know she's only there to exact revenge on those who had destroyed her family.
Emily Thorne rents a house in the Hamptons for the summer, seemingly intent on nothing more than enjoying a break in the popular resort. But it soon becomes clear that there's more to her visit. Her real name is Amanda Clarke and her father was framed for a crime he didn't commit and sent to prison for life and she has come to the Hamptons to seek revenge against the people who betrayed him and saw him sent to jail. I Dreamed A Dream

So finally saw Les Misérables last week, one of my must-see movies of 2013.  I think it is one of the best movies I've ever seen. Loved the movie, the cast, the scenery, the story and the music. I was pretty impressed by Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe's singing and Anne Hathaway was just simply amazing. I've heard many complaints about Crowe's vocal abilities but can't say any bad words, he was great.

In 19th-century France, Jean Valjean, who for decades has been hunted by the ruthless policeman Javert after he breaks parole, agrees to care for factory worker Fantine's daughter, Cosette. The fateful decision changes their lives forever.(IMDb)

Although it is called one of the saddest stories of all time I didn't cry. I felt really really sad and hurt but there were no tears which surprised me quite a bit. Maybe I would have felt better if i had cried because I was quite depressed for about 3 hours afterwards. The saddest parts for me were the Fantine&I Dreamed A Dream part, Gavroche's death and the part where Javert kills himself because all his beliefs have proven to be wrong and his spirit is broken.

Coolest Snowboard Boots

I had a weird dream last night. My mother had bought me snowboard boots, but not something plain and usual. They were Converse ones, had rivets on them and looked so cool and awesome. When I woke up I immediately  googled to find out if Converse really makes snowboard boots but sadly not.

Leggings Trends That Are So Not Cool

While some tights look good and even awesome I have come to see two-legging related trends I find totally EW.

1. "Meggings" as in men in tights. This seems to be the latest trend in men's fashion and is expected to follow the skinny jeans trend. Sorry but I am so grossed out by these and I won't consider men who wear them real men.








2. "Melting" tights. Another weird trend and these are also made for men. They look as if something slimy, gross and alien is oozing down from your undies.

My friend

I had the best friend anyone could imagine when growing up. We did everything together, knew every little detail about each other, but something truly sad happened-we grew apart. She became a rebellious teenager, started to smoke and drink, because of her lousy life at home(her parents were alcoholics and very poor). I on the other hand wanted to be the good girl and so suddenly we had nothing in common. I think I haven't really gotten over it even after all these years. I still have these nostalgic feelings about all the awesome stuff we did together which leaves me feeling incredibly sad. We chat when we happen to bump into each other but it is not the same anymore, she has changed, I have changed and the little world we knew as ours has changed.

Ain't Nobody Got Time For Being Sick

So last Thursday a virus finally got me, but not an ordinary flu or cold but bronchitis(jackpot). I've always been the kind who isn't sick much and I can't truly handle being sick(I'll turn into a big baby). As the first symptoms arise out come the remedies. I will do almost anything to be healthy as soon as possible: I eat lots of garlic and honey, drink at least a cup of tea in an hour, eat a lot of fruit which have vitamin-c in them and of course throat lozenges are my best friends at times of sickness.
 The "good" part of this being sick this time is that I'm in the middle of my exam session and really have to study- ain't nobody got time for bronchitis. :D

Wohoo! Justin Timberlake is Ready to Release New Music

Although it was reported in August that the new album is not going to be released soon, it seems that Justin Timberlake is ready to bring the sexy back and release new stuff.  Since the release of Futuresex/Lovesounds in 2006, Justin has focused primarily on acting and helping to re-launch Myspace.

He tweeted "I think I'M READY"  before posting a link to a YouTube video which shows him walking into a studio where he explains why he hasn't released any new songs for a while.

The clip ends with him saying, "I don't want to put anything out that I feel like is anything I don't love. You just don't get that every day. You have to wait for it. ... I'm ready." 

I could not be happier for the news 'cause I really love his music. He is awesome.
